Studio Policies
Welcome to our studio. To ensure the best musical experience for all students and families, please review our guidelines regarding tuition, scheduling, and student expectations.
Attendance & Cancellations
Consistency is key to a student's progress. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any lesson cancellations. Lessons cancelled with shorter notice will be billed at the standard rate. Makeup lessons are offered based on studio availability and teacher discretion.
Tuition & Payment
Monthly tuition is due by the first lesson of each month. We accept payments via online portals, check, or bank transfer. A late fee may be applied to payments received after the 10th. Quarterly payment plans are available upon request for families with multiple students.
Practice Expectations
Daily practice is essential for musical development. Students are expected to complete their weekly assignments and come prepared with all necessary materials, including their instrument in good working order, sheet music, and a notebook for lesson notes.
